The FAQ

Where are you located?

I am located in West London (W3). I regularly service throughout the UK and I am also available for destination weddings!

Who will be my photographer?

I will be your photographer. An assistant or second photographer can accompany me (depending on the Wedding package chosen).

How many hours would I have a wedding photographer for?

8-10 hours is usually long enough for a full day coverage.

Why do I need an Initial consultation?

I want to learn more about your photography needs and overall wedding vision, shooting details and key moments. It is very important to have a well-planned wedding timeline and to discuss the wedding process. This is key to have a successful event. You will get to know me before the wedding day so there are no surprises! We can also consider which kind of album you have in mind, print selections & wall art pieces.

What is your style of photography?

I like to consider my approach and style of photography as “editorial photojournalism” with a touch of fine art, elegance, romanticism and sophistication. I try to be as unobtrusive as possible while shooting, allowing me to photograph in a more fluid way, capturing authentic and candid moments.
I focus on personalities and I love exploring the spirit of the day, capturing emotions and spontaneous key moments, fun and laughter. Of course portraits or family formal group photos require a bit more directive.

I also shoot in a way that will lend itself better to the design of your final wedding album, print selections & wall art pieces. I am very talented at editing your gorgeous photos and have them printed into exclusive, high quality display products. My main supplier is Graphistudio, which produces the most authentic, unconventional and elegant collection of photoproducts.

Are you insured and what equipment do you use?

Yes. I subscribe to Hencilla Canworth Limited, the specialist cover for photographers and artists. I am well equipped with Canon DSLR cameras and with professional lenses.

Cancellation and postponement

In the event that you do need to cancel / postpone your photo shoot, I require at least 60 days notice of cancellation and rescheduling required for all photographic appointments:
1. 60 days before the wedding 50% refund of all money paid
2. 61-90 days before the wedding 75% refund of all moneypaid
3. 91-120 days before the wedding 100% refund of all money paid

Can you help us with our wedding photography timeline?

Yes… I am here for you at any steps of our collaboration. At first I will help you to choose the best package for your needs; then we have a consultation 8 weeks to 10 days pre-wedding in order to discuss your wedding photography timeline.

I will also ask you to provide me with a list of the key people attending the wedding (the ones you want in your formal pictures) and their relationship to you. So I will have a really clear understanding of who and which groups are priorities on the day. It can also help me to understand who to focus on in the more candid shots.

Here is a guide to typical wedding day:

1. Getting ready (60-90 minutes)
2. Ceremony (60-90 minutes)
3. Couples’ portraits (15-45 minutes)
4. Formal group photos / Extended Family + Large Groups (20-30 minutes)
5. Family Formal Portraits (15-20 minutes)
6. Reception / speeches / cake / first dance (2-3 hours)
7. Wedding party portraits (20-30 minutes)
8. Candid and natural photographs
